Title:  IT Support & Network Administrator

Reports To:  Controller

Job Purpose:                    

  • Provide onsite maintenance, network, and IT support at St. Louis Location. Not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Help Desk Services:

  • Deliver training and technical guidance to users with diverse levels of IT proficiency.
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
  • Prepare, assemble, and manage workstations, servers, and peripherals.
  • Supervise and maintain computer systems, servers, and network environments.
  • Assess, evaluate, and test new technology; propose enhancements or upgrades.
  • Facilitate audio-visual setups, video recordings, and related support tasks as needed.

Network Management:

  • Manage and troubleshoot iPhones, iPads, and oversee mobile voice/data plan usage reporting.
  • Oversee printer supplies, schedule maintenance, and arrange service calls as necessary.
  • Administer user accounts, email configurations, and security protocols via Active Directory and       Exchange Servers.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure system recovery capabilities.
  • Manage file servers and shared network storage, optimizing disk space utilization.
  • Contribute to the creation and management of the IT budget.
  • Coordinate relationships with external vendors and service providers.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate degree or technical certification in IT Support or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and internal client communication.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11 operating systems (2+ years).
  • Skilled in software application diagnostics and resolutions (2+ years).
  • Experience in assembling, configuring, and deploying computers (2+ years).
  • Expertise in managing Windows 2012 servers and Exchange environments (3+ years).
  • Familiarity with iOS devices and VoIP systems.
  • SharePoint knowledge is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and maintain strong organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to climb 7ft. ladder
